This project is a complete renovation of an existing villa in a private Dubai community, turning it into a modern, custom home for a family. Located in a prime spot with amazing golf course views, the villa is getting a total makeover to match the client's vision for a beautiful, functional, and comfortable living space.
The villa's architecture respects the neighborhood's style and planning regulations while introducing a distinct modern edge. The three-story design features a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic with light exterior tones and clean, streamlined geometries.
A key focus of the design is to maximize the stunning golf course views. This is achieved with large, floor-to-ceiling windows that not only frame the scenery but also flood the entire space with natural light, creating an open and airy feel.

The interior of this home was designed to perfectly match the client's vision: a modern, dark-toned aesthetic beautifully balanced by warm wooden textures. Highlights of the space include custom-made 3D wood-print wall panels, creating a unique and sophisticated feel. Large windows ensure the home is filled with abundant natural light, while the layout and room ergonomics were carefully planned for comfortable, everyday family living.
