This project focuses on the renovation of a private apartment located in a boutique residential building in Dubai.

Interior design
The redesigned apartment will have a calm, modern feel, defined by light tones and a palette of soft neutrals, according to the client’s wishes. The layout has been rethought to make better use of the space and to create a more natural flow between rooms.
At the heart of the apartment will be spacious living and dining area that connects seamlessly to a newly relocated open-plan kitchen. The master suite includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The children’s bedroom will be fitted with built-in storage and will have its own bathroom, while the guest bedroom doubles as a home office with an adjacent WC. A separate utility and laundry room is included to support everyday household needs.

The apartment will undergo a complete renovation starting from shell and core. All existing finishes and partitions will ne removed and replaced with new elements aligned to the concept design.
While the overall spatial layout was preserved, the flow of the space was refined for better functionality. The ventilation system will be fully upgraded, and select windows will be replaced to enhance natural airflow and overall comfort.
